Coastal Region: Constantia, Durbanville, Paar, lStellenbosh, Swartland, Tulbagh, Boberg Region.
Breed River Valley: Worcester, Robertson, Swellendam.
Legislation :
1973, system introduced Wine of Origin (WO), 75% a single grape, 85% if it is for export.
To be hold, it must be made with grapes from his property.
VARIETIES:
White Grapes: Steen (Chenin Blanc), Hanepoot (Muscat of Alexandria), Colombard, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Pinotage ON THE GRAPE:
